Pick up from hotel at 7:00-8:00, and drive about 1 hour to the first stop the Ming Tombs- the burial site of 13 emperors of Ming Dynasty(1368-1644) was listed as the World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO in 2003. We visit Changling, the largest of the 13 tombs, to look around of the treasure unearthed from the burial chamber. Second stop, we are to visit a jade factory to learn how the Chinese revered precious gem is carved and spend our lunch hours nearby. The afternoon will be for the Great Wall climbing. As one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, The Great Wall, symbolizing China's ancient civilization, is one of the most renowned projects. We visit the Badaling section, one of the best preserved and a classic representations of the wall. While climb the wall, you are sure to experience its greatness far beyond your imagination. UNESCO listed it as one of the World Heritages in 1987. You will be sent back to hotel about 17:30.

This intensive one day tour takes you to the three best sites in Beijing : About 7:30-8:30 pick up at hotel, then to Forbidden City- Imperial Palace of Ming and Qing Dynasties represents the splendor and lavishness of the Chinese Imperial Court. As the central axis line of the Ming Tombs complex, the Sacred Way is a long, straight path flanked by statues first of ancient government officials and then by animals. Lunch is arranged at a Friendship Restaurant, and we will go to the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall after lunch. Mutianyu section is known as the most beautiful part of the whole Great Wall, located northeast of Beijing in HuaiRou District, 70 kilometers from downtown. SIC-G : Simatai Great Wall Hiking (Preserved as Ruins of Great Wall)
Hiking at Simatai Great Wall will be a memorable experience. Simatai Great Wall, which is known for its wonderful, precipitous and fantastic location, is sited at Gubeikou Town in the northeast of Beijing. This section is about 120 kilometers from the Beijing downtown and usually need 2.5 hours to drive there. This section of Great Wall has never repaired and keeps the original features of the Ming Dynasty Great Wall. It not only incorporates the different characteristics of each part of the Great Wall, but also has some styles which are the only one of their kind. This section was built under the leadership of General Qi Jiguang. Professor Luo Zhewen, a famous specialist of Great Wall, says : The Great Wall is best of the Chinese buildings, and Simatai is the best part of the Great Wall.
