1day Beijing Temple Tour: The Pool and Cudrania Temple(Tanzhe Temple) and Ordination Terrace Temple(Jietai Temple)

Pick up at hotel between 8:30-9:00am on your convenient time. Then drive to the Pool and Cudrania Temple (Tanzhe temple). The temple is located in the southwest of Beijing, 58 km away from the city center. Its name originated from the pool and the Zhe tree in front of the temple. The temple boasts its long history of 1700 years. There was no city of Beijing yet when the Temple was first built. It is also the largest Buddhist temple in the northern part of China. In the period of great prosperity, 3000 monks lived in the temple. There are five major palaces in the temple for different usage. ama temple, which is the biggest buddist temple in Beijing. After lunch, then go to visit Ordination Terrace Temple (Jietai Temple), JieTai Temple is only 10km from Tanzhe Temple. JieTaiSi, or 'Temple of the Ordination Altar', takes its name from its famous Ming marble ordination altar, built some 1,300 years ago. The temple was first built in the year 622 during the Tang dynasty but most of the buildings here now date from the Qing dynasty (1644 - 1911).The temple sits on a hillside looking more like a fortress than a temple, surrounded by forbiddingly tall red walls. On a clear day, this temple offers an unhindered view of Beijing. About 17:00 come back to hotel.

2. You will receive our confirmation email or call within one working days. Your reservation is done then.
3. We even take the last minute booking if time is pressing. When your booking is confirmed, you will get a confirmation email or call from us, which contains the confirmed detailed itinerary and price.
4. Our tour guide will contact you the night before the tour to inform you the time to pick you up in the next morning, or if you are not in the hotel, the guide will leave a message in your room to inform you the time to pick you up.

Note: In our website most quotations listed in RMB(also known as CNY), We also accept USD or EURO payment with the latest exchange rate(exchange rate of payment valid date), the current exchange rate is around 1 USD to 6.7 RMB and 1 EURO to 8.87RMB.
