9. Most of the drivers can not speak English. If you need an English speaking tour guide for your Beijing Airport transfer, please pay RMB 80 more ; If you need an English speaking tour guide for your Xingang port to Beijing downtown transfer, please pay RMB 300 more and If you need tour guide for your sightseeing, please advise our tour operator, we will arrange accordingly. How to book the tour:
1. You can by emailing to sales@familytourbj.com or familytourbj@yahoo.com.cn. You are required to tell us which hotel you will stay at in Beijing.
2. You will receive our confirmation email within two working days. Your reservation is done then.
3. Our tour operator or guide will contact you the night before the tour to confirm with you the time to pick you up in the next morning, or, if you are not in the hotel, they will leave a message in your room to inform you the time to pick you up.
4. Our tour guide or operator can go to your hotel to discuss with you for your tour arrangement on the night your tour start or when you arrive Beijing at your convenient time
Payment:
You can pay to our designated bank account while booking or tour operator or guide/driver when you aboard the vehicle. RMB, USD as well as EURO are all acceptable.
For Tianjin Xingang (cruise port) port transfer to Beijing downtown, please pay 50% deposit to our designated bank, and other 50% pay to our tour guide or driver when you aboard the vehicle.
In our website most quotations listed in RMB(also known as CNY), We also accept USD or EURO payment with the latest exchange rate(exchange rate of payment valid date), the current exchange rate is around 1 USD to 7.5 RMB and 1 EURO to 10.7 RMB.
